Roof refurbishment:
Our systems are designed to be applied to almost any substrate or existing membrane installed on the roof. The properties of our systems allow the costs, risks, time and disruption associated with the removal of the existing coatings to be eliminated.
New roof construction:
The majority of new roofs are waterproofed with sheet materials or low technology systems. These can offer a quick and inexpensive solution, but can be prone to premature failure. If the long term security of the roof is an issue, the roof is complex with high levels of plant and equipment, the roof is subject to high traffic loads, or future refurbishment will be difficult due to access restrictions, Triflex roof waterproofing systems offer a cost effective, long term solution which will add value to the structure.

Triflex offer the unique Triflex ProDetail®, Triflex ProDetail PUR and Triflex Cryl R 295 systems to allow our liquid applied, fully reinforced technology to be used for the details in combination with traditional materials for the main roof area.
Roof repairs:
Repairs are necessary from time to time when there is a small identifiable problem or localised damaged to the existing roof construction. Additionally as the roof environment becomes more congested with plant and equipment, penetrations may need to be made which will require secure waterproofing and sealing to the existing coatings. The Triflex ProDetail®, Triflex ProDetail PUR and Triflex Cryl R 295 systems with their exceptional substrate compatibility are designed to solve these issues.
With unique substrate compatibility, Triflex systems can be used to waterproof virtually all substrates encountered on the roof.
