Since we launched our redesigned website in October 2018 we've been hard at work improving certain features to allow you to achieve more. This has hopefully also made working with, and specifying Triflex that little bit easier.

In previous months we've included the ability to request Triflex samples online, we've developed the Triflex PMMA primer finder, making finding the correct primer and substrate combination that little bit easier. We've also implemented our warranty request process entirely online, which has sped up the turn around time of warranties significantly.

Improved search, live chat, download centre, find your local contact, news archive and blog updates

Over the past few weeks, we've improved our search functionality and download centre. We've improved our news and blog posts, and most recently we've implemented live chat so you can contact us directly via our website without the need to call us.

Search

With our search menu, you now have easy access to our most popular content via Quicklinks. These links should help most visitors to get to what they are looking for, without the need to even search.

Additionally, our search engine will now provide search suggestions as you type. You should find that it will generally prompt you with search results relating to systems, technical details and downloads but you may also see relevant news stories, blogs and more.

Live chat

Live chat has been introduced and works on desktops, phones and tablets. You can chat with us live between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, or leave us a message out of hours and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We are happy to answer product and technical queries, service level questions and more.

Download centre

Our download centre has been redesigned. By default the most popular downloads are now on top, so generally, you should be able to find what you are looking for on the first page. Columns can also be organised as A-Z or Z-A.

The download centre now has the ability for you to search, with suggestions being provided. Results can be easily filtered by application area, such as roofs, car parks, balconies and so on.
