Triflex, working with ProSure authorised contractor Weatherproofing Advisors Ltd. have completed renovations to a 100m² roof at the busy student accommodation complex Arena Village, located in the heart of Leeds city centre.

The residential apartments at Eastland Homes requested a waterproofing and surfacing solution that would include both an insulated element, to improve energy efficiency and a durable waterproofing layer to their cantilever walkways.

The Hanover School, Islington is ideally located alongside the Regents Canal in London, the school boasts fantastic views from its well-known roof top playground.

Triflex were invited by Conor Maher of Albany Brent a Triflex Authorised Contractor, to provide a Project Specification for an insulated waterproofing solution for a blue roof at Hill House, North London.

This project required the waterproofing and protection of a 1,200m² flat roof including all detailed areas at John F. Kennedy School in Beckton, East London. The current roof had previously been waterproofed using a traditional felt waterproofing system, which had begun to develop blisters.

The 2500m² flat room of this hotel consited of asphalt and a bituminous membrane. The substrate was now allowing water to ingress into below rooms causing serious damage, in some areas the ingress had become so severe that rooms had to be completely closed off to guests.

Orchards Academy in Swanley, London, is one of several schools that has recently invested in refurbishing their roofs with a Triflex cold liquid applied waterproofing system. Potter’s Quay Business Centre in Belfast required a cost-effective overlay solution to its existing single-ply membrane roof. With the roof showing signs of nearing the end of its serviceable life, Triflex provided a cost-effective alternative solution to simply replacing the single-ply covering like-for-like.
