The new luxury multi-residential development at Camlet Way, Herefordshire have recently recieved refurbishment to several areas including a 300m² roof, 100m² roof terrace and a further 100m² of balconies.

The residential apartments at Eastland Homes requested a waterproofing and surfacing solution that would include both an insulated element, to improve energy efficiency and a durable waterproofing layer to their cantilever walkways.

Plaisant Court located in St. Helier, Jersey underwent a scheme of remediations and renovations to bring the building up to modern standards. Triflex ProFloor was used to waterproof the cantilevered balconies, meeting the specified need for an attractive finish, that could be tailored to be in keeping with the building.

The Royal Holloway College was in desperate need of a resurfacing solution to their college walkways; however, the solution would need to compliment the iconic building while providing a durable finish.

The iconic building located near Birmingham's, New Street Station has undergone another major renovation, which aimed at refurbish the walkways of the residential area at the rear of the main Mailbox building. Due to the busy nature of the building the solution would need to allow resisdents to still have access to their homes.

After completing surveys to the top floor walkways of an apartment block in Lancaster, results revealed that no waterproofing had been installed when the building had been refurbished from its original state as a bus depot. This had caused water ingress to the below apartments, which if left unresolved could cause detrimental damage to residents homes.
