Plaisant Court located in St. Helier, Jersey underwent a scheme of remediations and renovations to bring the building up to modern standards. System overview

The iconic building located near Birmingham's, New Street Station has undergone another major renovation, which aimed at refurbish the walkways of the residential area at the rear of the main Mailbox building. Due to the busy nature of the building the solution would need to allow resisdents to still have access to their homes.

After completing surveys to the top floor walkways of an apartment block in Lancaster, results revealed that no waterproofing had been installed when the building had been refurbished from its original state as a bus depot. This had caused water ingress to the below apartments, which if left unresolved could cause detrimental damage to residents homes.
