Driving specification forward

Triflex, the European market leader in cold liquid applied waterproofing systems, has expanded its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme with the launch of two new technical seminars designed for specifiers, asset managers and owners.

The “Specifier’s Guide to Testing for Sustainable Car Park Refurbishment”, explores how multi-storey car parks are evolving to serve a wider range of functions, from EV charging to rooftop leisure spaces. The seminar focuses on how robust testing methods, including core sampling and cohesive strength testing, can help identify sustainable overlay solutions that extend service life, reduce waste, and minimise disruption.

The insightful “Specifier’s Guide to Flat Roof Failures: Risk and Resolution”, provides participants with an understanding of the common causes of flat roof issues, along with strategies for remediation using advanced cold-applied liquid systems. Both seminars offer practical guidance, real-world case studies, and specification support.

Tony Mills, Sales Director at Triflex UK, commented:

"Our commitment to specifiers goes beyond products and we offer over four decades of waterproofing expertise to support confident, future-ready decisions. These new CPD’s reflect our goal to equip professionals with the knowledge they need to deliver high-performing, sustainable solutions across the built environment."

Each seminar lasts approximately 45 minutes and can be delivered on-site at a time that suits the client. CPD certificates are provided to all attendees.
