In addition, Shane Copestake, our dedicated trainer, has been shortlisted for Trainer of the Year, recognising his commitment to raising industry standards and sharing expertise. With more than 3,000 trainees who have benefited from Shane’s guidance to date, his commitment to the industry and Triflex Academy is clear.

Shane’s engaging delivery and deep knowledge scores highly with trainees, with 96.5% of attendees rating his quality of instruction at the highest level in post course feedback. This approach translates into real results, with 96% of attendees passing their course assessment on the first attempt, helping to raise industry standards.
