Welcome to Triflex

We understand that you need to have the right product, delivered to the right place at the right time. The Triflex logistics team is dedicated to meeting your needs and delivering a seamless process to meet both you and your clients’ busy schedules.

We hope this guide will assist you when ordering materials and explains the delivery requirements and options we can offer to help meet your schedule of works. Introduction

The delivery information relates to Triflex products that are held in stock within the UK or supplied directly from our state of the art manufacturing facility in Germany. Some products are supplied direct from our manufacturing partners and may have different lead times, transport options and charges. Rest assured your sales order acknowledgement will indicate any specific product related variations and your delivery details.

Orders and carriage charges

Placing your purchase order

All purchase orders should be emailed to orders@triflex.co.uk
Please provide:
• Purchase order number
• Project name / number
• Delivery address including postcode
• Site contact name and mobile number
• Product name and quantity required
• Colours (RAL numbers) for all pigmented products
• Requested time of delivery if required
• Specialist vehicle / off-load requirements
• Site restrictions and traffic plan (if applicable)

Carriage charges

Please refer to your Triflex price list for our carriage charges.

Contact us for a quote should you require the following:
• AM / PM / Timed deliveries (please note, options are not guaranteed)
• Special delivery requirements including tail lifts, rigid vehicles, or offload facilities

Considerations

• Any unadvised site access restrictions in advance of delivery may incur charges
• Any charges incurred where we have not been notified will be recharged at cost

Orders and deliveries

Sales order process

After processing your order, a sales order acknowledgement will be emailed to you. The confirmation email will include the delivery date, delivery address and agreed vehicle delivery requests (if applicable). Please check all details are correct and advise us if otherwise. Please contact us at orders@triflex.co.uk if you have not received your sales order confirmation prior to your requested delivery date as we may not have received / processed your order.

Receiving a delivery

Our primary warehousing and logistics partner Stan Robinson Ltd, is based near to our head office in Stafford. From here a UK nationwide service is provided, using a network of depots based in Durham, Glasgow and Devon, ensuring we can get materials to you safely and efficiently. Please note, we do not use pallet networks, in order to maintain control of our logistical process from order to delivery, maintaining our high quality of service.

• For standard carriage, goods are likely to be delivered by 38 tonne HGV
• All products are provided on wrapped pallets in readiness for mechanical (forklift) offload to be provided by the recipient
• On request and at additional cost, an 18 tonne rigid vehicle with tail lift and pallet / pump truck offload can be provided
Please note offloading by hand is not permitted

For larger orders and non-UK stocked products including IBC‘s*, Triflex products may be shipped direct to site from Europe using alternative hauliers.

Order cancellation or refused delivery

Should a late cancellation or refusal of materials on site occur, please be aware that charges may be applicable and will be calculated on an individual basis.

Returns and collections

Return of Goods

We understand that from time-to-time things don’t go according to plan. Return of Goods will only be considered if full details are provided in advance using the Return of Goods application form. Any application to return goods is at the sole direction of Triflex (UK) Ltd and will only be considered if certain conditions are met. Please note returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge plus any carriage or other costs incurred by Triflex.

Collections process

We can now offer collections from our warehouse at Stan Robinson Ltd in Seighford, Stafford, Staffordshire.

Orders for collection must first be placed by email and received at least 24 hours prior to the required collection date. Once your order has been processed and confirmed, we will issue you with a reference number for collection and will advise when you may collect the materials.

Warehouse Health & Safety Notice: Please note when collecting material from our warehouse, safety footwear, high visibility bib or jacket must be worn at all times on site as this is a live storage and haulage facility. Drivers without appropriate PPE will be turned away.

 

IBCs (Intermediate bulk containers)

Provided that a minimum of four IBC‘s are collected from a single site, IBCs are delivered with the costs of collection and recycling when empty included. Where collection of less than four IBC‘s is required, the customer will be required to pay the return carriage costs direct to the reprocessor or to Triflex. Please contact us for a quote.

To avoid additional disposal costs, all IBC‘s must be completely empty of resin prior to collection - any resin disposal costs charged to Triflex will be recharged to you at cost. To arrange collection of IBC‘s please contact us and allow a minimum of 10 working days from request for collection.
